Mr. Orest Zajcew is the Corporate Secretary of Exiro Minerals Corp and a shareholder. Orest has a CFA and over 15 years’ experience as a Corporate Secretary and Chief Financial Officer for a number of TSX, TSX.V and CSE listed exploration companies as well as for a privately owned service provider, Orix Geoscience Inc. Prior to Exiro, Orest was the CFO for Discovery Metals Corp. during the company’s initial phase of development and the CFO for Ryan Gold Corp. and Corona Gold Corporation until these companies, along with Eagle Hill Exploration Corp., were acquired by Oban Mining Corp. to form what is now known as Osisko Mining Inc. He was also CFO for several other companies such as Odyssey Resources Limited, Cogitore Resources Inc., and AgriMarine Holdings Inc.

Orest is known for his ability to problem-solve and for his extensive knowledge of the financial management and corporate governance necessary for junior companies. His contribution to the leadership team at Exiro has been to ensure that the company adheres to public company standards for corporate governance and financial compliance, and to help develop short and long term strategies for the company.

Orest received his B.Sc. in Chemistry as well as a B.A. and M.A. in Political Science from the University of Manitoba. He later completed his PhD in Political Science from the University of Toronto. He has been a CFA charter holder since 2001.
