CFO
Stephanie Hart is the CFO of Exiro Minerals Corp and a shareholder. Stephanie has over 20 years’ experience in senior level, broad financial, risk, operational and capital project roles in global mining, with much of her career working with Vale. Her most recent role at Vale was Head of Finance, North Atlantic Operations and Asian Refineries in the Base Metals business. Other roles at Vale included Director of Treasury, Pension Assets and Risk for Vale Canada, Director of Finance and CFO for the Goro Project and Operations in New Caledonia and General Foreperson in the Sudbury Smelter. Her multi- faceted experience as a leader in mining and finance will also strengthen Exiro’s leadership team through her knowledge of operations and her interest and engagement in negotiation, strategy, risk, and corporate culture. Stephanie is also the CFO and shareholder of Willeson Metals Corp.
Stephanie has a track record of building and maintaining relationships and collaborating to develop creative solutions that are beneficial to all parties, including with banks, shareholders, investment managers, and international companies. She also has extensive experience in budgeting, reporting and analysis, internal controls, financial, risk and change management, as well as managing a site operating unit. These unique skill sets will prove exceptionally useful as Exiro grows and develops new projects not only in Canada, but world-wide and her experience with Vale’s Manitoba Operations will be an asset to Willeson.
Stephanie received a BComm (Hons) from Queen’s University, worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers specializing in financial institutions and mining and has a CPA, CA designation.
