SENIOR GEOLOGIST
Mr. Sydney Ramnath is a Senior Geologist with Exiro Minerals Corp and a shareholder. Sydney has been working in the exploration and mining industry for over 10 years and has worked throughout North and South America as well as Australia. Prior to joining Exiro, Sydney worked at KGHM International, formerly Quadra FNX and FNX Mining, in the exploration group and focused on geological compilation, interpretation and modelling. Earlier in his career he worked for Rio Tinto in Australia working on brownfields exploration projects.
Sydney is recognized for his ability to work with geological data including historical paper and a wide variety of digital formats. His experience of pulling together sophisticated 3D models utilizing traditional interpretation techniques in combination with his knowledge of various deposit types in different geological environments forms the base of Exiro’s approach to exploration.
Sydney has a B.Sc. in Geology in from the University of Manitoba.
